Howard Schwartz is the managing member of Howard Schwartz Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Howard attended Grand Valley State University and studied Liberal Arts. He began his career in 1980 working for Direnfeld-Goodman as a street broker handling landlord work and office, industrial and retail. In 1981 Howard joined Schostak Brothers & Co., Inc. where he specialized in landlord and tenant retail transactions, investment sales, land assemblage and asset management.
In 1990 Howard became the Director of Brokerage at Schostak Brothers and managed a staff of 18 people. In 2002 Howard formed Howard Schwartz Commercial Real Estate, LLC and continued the tradition of aggressively advocating the objectives of his clients. Howard believes that keeping your ear close to the street in today’s mercurial real estate market allows him to use our extensive relationship network to secure the resources to be effective to our clients.
